The Team
- The Housekeeping team is dedicated to exceptional guest experiences through immaculate accommodation and attention to detail.
- As a Room Attendant, you will report to the Room Attendant Supervisor.
Your Role
- You will be responsible for ensuring assigned guest rooms are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards of quality and luxury.
- You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences.
How You’ll Make the Place
- Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with Rosewood, LQA, and brand standards.
- Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Replenish amenities, linens, and guest supplies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and support service recovery.
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, and lost and found items.
- Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and guest room keys.
Could This Be You?
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar role within hospitality.
- Pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfortable guest experiences.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to maintain high standards consistently.
- Familiar with cleaning procedures, equipment, and safe chemical handling.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
