Responsibilities
- Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
- Oversee all aspects of a banquet or event, including set up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service
- Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
Requirements
- Previous 3 5 years’ experience in managing high volume Banqueting operations at the highest quality
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and long hours
- A flair for creativity and entrepreneurship
