- Supervise and support the banquet team during events
- Ensure all event setups are completed correctly and on time
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service
- Brief the team before each event so everyone understands their duties
- Monitor service during events and quickly handle any guest requests or issues
- Ensure high service standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with upselling premium food and beverage options when appropriate
- Oversee event closing procedures and ensure everything is properly cleared and organized
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent hotel experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet, events, or food & beverage operations within a hotel environment
- Proven experience in managing ladies' events, weddings, engagement parties, and luxury social functions
- Experience handling Outside Catering (ODC) operations and large scale events is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of banquet operations, service standards, event coordination, and ODC logistics
- Exceptional leadership, guest service, and team management skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Supervisory experience is preferred

Job Description

What We’re Looking For
