Scope Of Work

- Analyze existing applications and digital services.
- Design, develop, and migrate applications to the new platform
- Develop user-centric, intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile platforms.
- Implement modern design principles for accessibility, readability, and responsiveness.
- Ensure all applications adhere to government branding guidelines and corporate identity.
- Ensure all development complies with TDRA regulations, including data security, privacy, and accessibility standards
- Follow internal IT governance, coding standards, and quality control measures.
- Provide prototypes, wireframes, and design validation sessions with stakeholders.

- Optimize user flows to enhance adoption and satisfaction.
- Develop backend APIs and business logic using Node.js.

- Provide training, and knowledge transfer
- Ensure integration with existing systems and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot end user issues and apply fixes (patches)
- Recommendations on Major/minor patch sets and applications
- Periodic performance tuning
• Applying Critical Patch Update
- Health check reports for each system/server including technical, infrastructure, and applications.
- Provide technical, solution design, system administration and user manual
