Job Details
- Process company documents and related information accurately.
- Prepare and manage documents for shipments, dispatch activities, and internal operations.
- Update shipment records and status information in the company system.
- Maintain the company database and keep records complete, accurate, and current.
- Respond to customer requests about shipments, documents, or related matters.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks between departments.
- Review and update operational records and system information.
- Work with internal departments to resolve documentation, data entry, and shipment-related issues.
Job Experience Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and a responsible attitude are required.
- Previous experience in data entry, merchandising, administration, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
- The role requires effective cooperation with colleagues and different departments.
- Candidates should manage priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
- Good computer skills and confidence using digital platforms, company systems, and databases are required.
