To manage a team and ensure that they provide all HNW customers in the assigned portfolio with a high level of service that would positively impact the Bank in terms of increased business, deposit, profitability and enhance the image of the Bank.
Develop and manage client relationships by extending full range of bank's products and services to the applicable existing/new customers in order to achieve the financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform the tasks of financial products promotion, collection of required information and data, and evaluation of the clients' capability and tendency to afford risks (Risk Profile) along with the detailed works related thereto
- Deliver the budgeted volumes for deposits and sale of Investment Products to achieve the assigned financial targets and increase the portfolio size.
- Understand the needs of the existing/new customers to exhibit available investment products.
- Provide "One Stop" banking service to the customers of Wajaha Banking by ensuring timely and efficient execution of customers' requests;
- Ensure adherence to Bank processes & policies and report deviation to immediate supervisor/manager;
- Ensure that there is no loss of customers from Wajaha Banking due to unsatisfactory service on our part;
- Maintain regular contact with customers either through telephone or face to face meetings, in order to assess customers risk appetite to deliver a tailored portfolio of products and services.
- Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation.
- Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLAs of
- the department.
- Manage the team and ensure staff motivation and morale is at the highest. Conduct regular staff meetings to address any issues and to receive any feedback, also ensure staff are sent for regular training conducted by bank.
- Ensure implementation and consistent adherence with Standard Operating Procedures and Policies of the Bank and the Anti-Money Laundering regulation.
- Must be able to manage all the sensitive/profitable relationships in the portfolio.
Education & Experience
- University Certificate with 3 year’s experience or diploma.
- Alternative: CFA, AFA, CIP, CIIA, COF, FRM, ICA
- Mandatory: CISI UAE Rules, CISI Wealth & Investment Level 3
- Minimum 7 – 8 years of experience in Financial markets, Investment or Wealth Management.
