Business Growth

  • Assist in identifying and implementing action plans to achieve set targets.
  • Migrate customer transactions from branches to low cost electronic channels.
  • Manage transition of branches into sales and service business units.

Customer Service

  • Ensure high levels of customer service by reducing waiting time.
  • Review customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Meet with customers to identify business needs and ensure cross selling.

Service Quality & Business Operations Control

  • Ensure branch operations comply with bank policies and service quality standards.
  • Review daily MIS reports and ensure accurate service delivery.

Internal Process

  • Assist in branch projects and support new product launches.
  • Ensure all sales & service transactions comply with bank policies.
  • Follow up on cases with stakeholders to ensure closure.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and nominate staff for courses.
  • Train unit staff on new products and product features.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with the team.
