About The Role
The role is responsible for driving revenue growth and market adoption of Network’s Processing Solutions and Digital Offering such as Digital Receipts, Subscription Manager and Crypto-related propositions.
The role is commercially focused and client-facing, accountable for originating, managing, and closing sales opportunities across new and existing clients in collaboration with Relationship Management, Product, and Delivery teams.
The role holder will act as a solution-oriented sales lead, translating client needs into compelling product propositions, owning the sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through deal closure, and supporting post-sale handover to delivery.
While closely aligned with Product and Presales, this role is not a presales leadership function, but a hands-on sales management role with direct revenue accountability.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive sales targets for Core Processing & Digital products, including Digital Receipts, Subscription Manager, and Crypto solutions, across assigned markets and accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and progress new business and upsell / cross-sell opportunities within existing issuing and processing clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including opportunity shaping, commercial discussions, pricing alignment, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Core Processing & Digital Product opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting.
Client Engagement & Solutions Selling
- Engage directly with prospects and clients to understand business needs, pain points, and growth ambitions, positioning Network’s Processing solutions accordingly.
- Work with Product and Presales teams to tailor Processing solutions, ensuring commercial feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
- Present Processing propositions clearly and confidently to senior client stakeholders, demonstrating value, ROI, and differentiation.
Collaboration & Deal Execution
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Product, Presales, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth deal execution and alignment across stakeholders.
- Support RFIs, RFPs, and tenders related to Processing offerings by contributing product knowledge, commercial inputs, and client context.
- Ensure accurate capture of scope, assumptions, and commercials in proposals, contracts, and statements of work.
Market & Product Feedback
- Act as a voice of the customer by feeding market insights, competitive intelligence, and client feedback on Processing products into Product and Partnerships teams.
- Track market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging use cases (particularly in digital payments, subscriptions, and crypto) to identify new sales opportunities.
Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
- Support training and enablement sessions for Sales and Relationship teams to increase awareness and understanding of Processing propositions.
- Share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to help scale Processing sales across the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in the payments industry, ideally within issuing, processing, digital payments, or value-added services.
- Proven sales or account management experience, with direct responsibility for revenue generation and deal closure.
- Strong understanding of payments, card issuing, digital services, or fintech solutions.
- Experience selling technology-enabled or platform-based solutions is highly desirable.

- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for clients.

- Analytical mindset with ability to assess deal economics and business cases.
