- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets

- Manage customer inquiries and escalated complaints
- Oversee vehicle inventory management and stock rotation
- Monitor CRM activities, lead management, and sales conversion rates
- Coordinate with finance, marketing, administration, and aftersales departments
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an automotive dealership
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership management software
- Valid driving license preferred

Overview

Compensation
- Pay: AED 15,000 AED 17,000 per month
