About the Role
We are seeking an Automotive Mechanic to perform vehicle repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, repairing orders, maintaining tools, and assisting other technicians.

- Collect all necessary information before requesting parts (e.g., model year).
- Maintain sufficient personally owned tools and keep tools in good working order.
- Notify team leader and Service Advisor if delays are expected.
- Maintain cleanliness of the fleet's vehicles.
- Assist other Technicians when needed.
- Completely repair orders within specified time frame and alert appropriate personnel if delayed.
- Review and evaluate service write ups to determine if additional information is necessary and what type of diagnosis is needed.
- Use manuals including diagrams as necessary to complete the repair order.
- Use diagnostic procedure to identify symptoms, conditions, symptom codes, and frequency of symptoms.
Requirements
- Ability to collect all necessary information before requesting parts (e.g., model year).
- Maintain sufficient personally owned tools and keep them in good working order.
- Ability to review and evaluate service write ups to determine necessary diagnosis.
- Proficiency in using manuals including diagrams to complete repair orders.
- Experience with diagnostic procedures to identify symptoms and appropriate symptom codes.
