Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UAE sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Build and scale the sales function from 0–1, establishing sales processes, organizational structure, performance metrics, and operating standards
- Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain a high performing sales team
- Develop, expand, and optimize the dealer network in alignment with market expansion strategy
- Serve as primary point of contact for dealers, building strong relationships and resolving escalated issues
- Drive dealer performance through regular business reviews, performance monitoring, coaching, and improvement initiatives
- Develop dealer sales targets, incentive programs, and performance management frameworks
- Collaborate with Marketing, After Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations teams
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive leadership
- Represent the company in key customer, dealer, and industry engagements
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales leadership experience in UAE automotive industry
- Proven experience in building and scaling sales function from 0–1
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and sales growth targets
- Strong understanding of dealer operations, retail sales, fleet sales, distribution models, and customer lifecycle management
- Familiar with emerging automotive technologies such as NEV, PHEV, HEV, BEV, ADAS
- Excellent presentation skills in English
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Arabic language will be advantageous

Key Qualifications/Requirements/Experience
