About the Role
AECOM is hiring an Associate - Wayfinding in Dubai to develop and implement comprehensive wayfinding systems for buildings and public spaces. The role requires 8+ years of experience in wayfinding design, signage, or environmental graphics.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop wayfinding systems including signage layouts, directional markers, and navigational aids
- Analyze user flow patterns and behavior to identify navigation challenges and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including architects, graphic designers, and facilities managers
- Create detailed wayfinding plans, specifications, and documentation using CAD and design software
- Ensure all wayfinding solutions comply with accessibility standards including ADA requirements and local regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for production and installation of signage and wayfinding elements
- Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate existing wayfinding systems and identify improvement opportunities
- Support project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance for wayfinding components
