Responsibilities
- Design and develop wayfinding systems, including signage layouts, directional markers, and navigational aids for buildings, campuses, and public spaces
- Analyze user flow patterns and behavior to identify navigation challenges and recommend effective wayfinding solutions
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including architects, graphic designers, and facilities managers to ensure wayfinding integration into overall project design
- Create detailed wayfinding plans, specifications, and documentation using CAD and design software
- Ensure all wayfinding solutions comply with accessibility standards, including ADA requirements and local regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for the production and installation of signage and wayfinding elements
- Conduct site assessments and audits to evaluate existing wayfinding systems and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and wayfinding asset libraries
- Communicate wayfinding concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and clients through presentations and visual materials
- Support project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance for wayfinding components

- 8 years of professional experience in wayfinding design, signage design, environmental graphics, or related field

- We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Associate Wayfinding to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive wayfinding systems that enhance user navigation and experience across our facilities and projects.
