Role Purpose
Support the front-line team in managing and processing client requests and transactions for priority and private banking segments.
Oversee day-to-day client servicing operations, including account opening, investment portfolio creation, redemptions, and related service requests.
Maintain client service standards, operational efficiency, accuracy, and timely processing.
Client Servicing and Request Management
- Support Senior Relationship Managers and Relationship Managers with new-to-bank client acquisition requests.
- Process account opening, client documentation, investment bookings, redemptions, funds transfers, and other service requests.
- Process transactions accurately and promptly in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure documentation, due diligence, and compliance requirements are met during onboarding.
- Track and report on new-to-bank acquisition efforts and targets.
Investment Management Support
- Oversee investment bookings, redemptions, and fund transfers for priority and private banking clients.
- Coordinate with investment advisors, operations, and wealth management operations teams to execute transactions.
