Job Overview
Malomatia seeks a Project Coordinator to manage IT asset management, project governance, financial tracking, procurement, and compliance activities.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) framework.
- Ensure accurate tracking of all IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Conduct periodic asset audits and maintain asset registers and inventory records.
- Monitor and track projects from initiation through closure.
- Maintain project portfolios, timelines, milestones, risks, and budget status.
- Prepare project governance reports and dashboards for management.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved according to approved plans.
- Track project expenditures, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and payment schedules.
- Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and payment requests before processing.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and audit trails for all projects and operational activities.
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and expenditure analysis.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and available for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Strong project governance and PMO experience.
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, contract management, and audit practices.
