- Develop a strong understanding of compliance and sanctions risk management and its application within LNRS solutions.
- Understand customer use cases and business requirements and apply best practices during implementations.
- Analyse customer business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Review and validate functional and non functional requirements.
- Identify the most appropriate products and services based on customer needs.
- Support customer health checks, audits, and solution reviews.
- Participate in customer and internal training activities.
- Support the installation, configuration, and implementation of LNRS solutions.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to customers.
- Perform functional configuration and customization of solutions.
- Support integrations with third party applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot issues during implementation and testing phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2–5 years' experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer facing role.
- Exposure to cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
- Understanding of APIs and JSON for system integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar).
- Experience working with Windows and/or Unix/Linux environments.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

About the Role
- The Associate Professional Services Consultant supports the successful delivery of LNRS compliance and risk solutions for customers.
- Working closely with clients and internal teams, this role is responsible for supporting all stages of client projects, including planning, implementation, configuration, data review, training, and handover activities.
- The role requires a combination of consulting, technical, and customer facing skills to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Functional Analysis
- Develop a strong understanding of compliance and sanctions risk management and its application within LNRS solutions.
- Understand customer use cases and business requirements and apply best practices during implementations.
- Analyse customer business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Review and validate functional and non functional requirements.
- Identify the most appropriate products and services based on customer needs.
- Support customer health checks, audits, and solution reviews.
- Participate in customer and internal training activities.
Key Responsibilities Implementation
- Support the installation, configuration, and implementation of LNRS solutions.
- Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to customers.
- Perform functional configuration and customization of solutions.
- Support integrations with third party applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot issues during implementation and testing phases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes and standards.
- Track and manage incidents through the incident management system.
- Ensure a successful handover to Support teams.
Key Responsibilities Presales
- Support pre sales and business development activities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre Sales teams during customer engagements.
- Participate in solution demonstrations and customer discussions.
- Assist with RFI/RFP responses, providing technical and compliance related input.
- Support the development and validation of Statements of Work (SOWs).
Requirements
