Job Requirements Job Title: Associate Operations Specialist - Liability Operations Department/Function: Retail Banking Operations Job Purpose: The Associate Operations Specialist in the Retail Liability Operations department is responsible for processing customer requests and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation and data entry. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering high-quality service within the retail liabilities domain. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Scrutinize documents for account opening and service request processing.
• Perform data entry for account opening and service requests.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with other teams within Retail Liability Operations to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of issues
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of banking operations and customer service processes.
• Educational Qualifications: Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
