- Serve as senior technical resource and technical advisor for team
- Provide specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise
- Develop study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work
- Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables
- Develop construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects
- Use expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package
- Perform quality control review of design calculations or drawings
- Prepare technical specification sections
- Provide input to development of engineering budget and schedule
Requirements
- Experience on large infrastructure projects in Middle East
- Proficiency in REVIT and BIM environment
- Capable in Heat Load Calculations and mechanical design software
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems coordination and clash detection
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple project deliverables
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools and documentation systems
- Preferred: Experience with rail specific mechanical systems or metro/railway projects
- Preferred: Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficient mechanical design

Job Description
- We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Associate Mechanical MEP Rail to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- In this role, you will contribute to the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for rail infrastructure projects.
- You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team
- Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.

Qualifications
- Worked on large infrastructure projects in Middle East.
- Capable in the use of REVIT, with the ability to work within a BIM environment to develop the key engineering solution
- Capable in the use of Heat Load Calculations and other software for mechanical design
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems coordination and clash detection
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize and manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
- Experience with project management tools and documentation systems
- Preferred: Experience with rail specific mechanical systems or previous work on metro or railway projects
- Preferred: Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficient mechanical design practices
