- Drive strategy, innovation, and excellence in design and delivery of landscape architecture projects
- Lead multiple landscape architecture projects and define roles and responsibilities
- Lead client interface and manage contractual requirements
- Conduct design and creative review sessions for ongoing projects and competitions
- Mentor, monitor timekeeping, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to staff
- Manage and coordinate bids and proposals, including technical approaches and commercial aspects
- Ensure compliance of deliverables with scope of work and contracts
- Promote innovative digital tools and engage in research and development
Requirements
- Senior design professional with experience in landscape architecture
- Ability to lead multiple projects and define roles and responsibilities
- Experience in client interface and managing contractual requirements
- Knowledge of landscape architecture standards and regulatory guidelines
