Job Overview
The Associate Field Engineer uses established field engineering procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
The role receives instruction, guidance, and direction from other team members while applying conceptual engineering knowledge.
Field and Project Responsibilities
- Assist with engineering activities in compliance with project specifications and industry standards within EPCI projects.
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor construction progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare site progress updates, technical evaluations, and quality control reports.
- Contribute to execution plans covering engineering deliverables, construction schedules, and commissioning activities.
- Resolve technical challenges on site and provide solutions to mitigate risks and improve project performance.
Compliance and Improvement
- Follow HSE policies and promote safety and environmental awareness within project teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, standards, and internal quality management systems.
- Provide technical support, answer inquiries, and clarify technical matters for internal and external stakeholders.
