Role Overview
Raytheon Emirates is seeking an experienced Associate Program Management Director to support the capture, planning, and execution of projects reporting to the Managing Director of Raytheon Emirates Limited.
The projects may support Raytheon's global supply chain or UAE-specific initiatives for local and export markets, in partnership with local industry.
Workplace and Travel
- This is an onsite role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The role requires willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically.
What You Will Do
- Support project management, oversight, and execution to deliver head contract, subcontract, customer, and internal requirements on time and within budget.
- Maintain risk management, production, quality assurance, budget, and schedule controls.
- Govern programmatic and performance management policies, plans, controls, and procedures.
- Provide analysis and planning for budgets, scope, milestones, deliverables, and the Integrated Master Schedule.
- Maintain program plans and schedules, report progress, identify problems, and support corrective action.
- Manage risk and opportunity review boards and mitigation plans.
- Perform cost account management, including Earned Value Management, variance analysis, and external reporting.
