Job Summary
Raytheon is seeking a Requirements & Capabilities Director for its wholly owned foreign subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The role strengthens solutions, performance, relationships, and competitive advantage in the UAE while supporting strategy and business growth objectives.
The position reports to the Vice President for Requirements & Capabilities and CENTCOM Region and is matrixed to the Managing Director of Raytheon Emirates, Limited.
Responsibilities
- Develop customer, market, and buying-power insight to support company-wide country strategy.
- Lead Customer Account Managers in strengthening existing relationships and building new pipeline.
- Identify key markets and initiatives for international business growth.
- Support customer campaigns and an integrated RTX approach to international business development.
- Provide stakeholders with updates on customer insights, market opportunities, pursuits, and milestones.
- Coordinate licenses, technology assistance agreements, nondisclosure agreements, representative arrangements, and consultant agreements.
- Ensure an integrated approach across in-country pursuits and lead integrated pipeline reviews.
- Provide country-level business awareness and coordinated opportunity development across customer account teams.
