Job Summary
Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking an Associate Director, Contracts to provide strategic contractual and commercial leadership across Saudi Arabia programs and business activities.
The role leads contractual, commercial, compliance, governance, and customer engagement activities and partners with RSA leadership, RTX business units, program teams, and Saudi government stakeholders.
The position leads a multidisciplinary Contracts and Translation team supporting contract management, correspondence, compliance, translation, and strategic business initiatives.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is based at Raytheon Saudi Arabia headquarters in Riyadh.
- The position is onsite.
- The team operates across Riyadh and Jeddah.
What You Will Do
- Provide leadership and oversight of contracts and commercial activities across RSA programs and pursuits.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities, including negotiation, review, administration, amendments, and compliance.
- Partner with program and business leaders on contractual risks, proposals, pricing reviews, and business decisions.
