Job Summary
Support the establishment of a UAE production facility for next-generation counter-UAS technologies.
Provide technical manufacturing assistance from early development through transition to full-scale production.
Use manufacturing, product technology, factory, and business-process expertise to establish and execute the manufacturing plan.
What You Will Do
- Develop manufacturing processes and analyze factory capabilities for production readiness and improved producibility.
- Participate in manufacturing and test requirements development.
- Develop Manufacturing Data Packages with assembly instructions, workflows, labor standards, and tool and fixture designs.
- Provide technical input and peer review for engineering designs and design changes.
- Guide assembly and quality teams through technical problem-solving.
- Resolve value-stream constraints and improve process and product designs.
- Serve as the program authority for manufacturing and producibility.
- Recommend process and procedural changes to improve cost, efficiency, and quality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to control and improve product producibility.
- Identify program constraints and participate in corrective action investigations.
