Job Summary
Raytheon is establishing a lean, high-velocity UAE production center for next-generation counter-UAS technologies.

- The position is onsite at Tawazun Industrial Park in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
What You Will Do
- Develop manufacturing processes and analyze factory capabilities for production readiness and improved producibility.
- Participate in manufacturing and test requirements development.
- Develop Manufacturing Data Packages with assembly instructions, workflows, routings, labor standards, tools, and fixtures.
- Provide technical input and peer review for engineering designs and design changes.
- Guide assembly and quality teams through technical problem solving.
- Resolve value-stream constraints and improve process and product designs.
- Serve as the program authority for manufacturing and producibility.
