Role Overview
Raytheon Emirates is seeking an Associate Director, Program Management in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports the capture, planning, execution, and optimization of UAE projects reporting to the Managing Director of Raytheon Emirates.
Projects may support Raytheon’s global supply chain or serve UAE and export markets in partnership with local industry.
Workplace and Travel
- This is an onsite role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The role requires willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically.
Program Execution and Controls
- Support project execution to meet head contract, subcontract, customer, and internal requirements on time and within budget.
- Maintain risk, production, quality assurance, budget, schedule, program control, and project management processes.
- Plan budgets, scope, milestones, deliverables, and integrated master schedules with team leaders and stakeholders.
- Maintain plans and schedules, report progress, identify problems, and support corrective actions.
