About the Job

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director of Brand Operations F&B to join Jumeirah.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of an elevated and consistent brand experience across Signature Restaurants, ensuring each concept is translated into a distinct, refined guest journey that supports both positioning and performance.
  • Embed operational brand standards across all restaurant touchpoints, including service, OS&E, uniforms, collateral and in venue presentation, safeguarding Jumeirah’s luxury identity.
  • Develop and bring to life curated entertainment and activation strategies for each restaurant, introducing refined, experience led programming that enhances atmosphere, relevance and guest appeal.
  • Drive opening and relaunch readiness across restaurant concepts, aligning creative, operational and guest facing elements while partnering closely with Culinary, Design, F&B and Marketing teams.
  • Launch and oversee special events and experiential initiatives, collaborating with premium agencies and partners to curate distinctive moments that elevate each dining concept.
  • Continuously refine the end to end guest experience through on site observation, audits and insights, while collaborating with Marketing and Content teams to ensure storytelling and social presence authentically reflect the in restaurant experience.

About You

  • 8+ years’ experience in luxury restaurant or hotel operations, guest experience or brand operations.
  • Minimum 2–3 years managing standards or openings across multi outlet environments.
  • Proven experience in pre openings, concept rollouts or brand implementation.
  • Strong operational understanding across different restaurant concepts and formats.
  • Detail driven with a passion for delivering consistent luxury experiences at scale.
