Responsibilities
- Lead execution of debt advisory and restructuring mandates across the full transaction lifecycle
- Develop, review, and stress test complex financial models for refinancing, liability management, capital structure optimisation, and restructuring scenarios
- Prepare and deliver pitch materials, lender presentations, information memoranda, and restructuring analyses
- Coordinate legal, financial, and operational due diligence with external advisors and internal stakeholders
- Manage client and counterparty interactions, including lenders, investors, legal counsel, and senior executives
- Leverage AI enabled tools to enhance research depth, modelling efficiency, and workflow quality
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, restructuring advisory, leveraged finance, or special situations at a top tier institution
- Strong academic background from a leading university; MBA or CFA is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience executing debt financing, refinancing, or restructuring transactions
- Exceptional financial modelling and valuation capabilities

Position Overview
