Job Purpose
The Associate – Crew Scheduling is responsible for preparing, monitoring, and managing crew rosters to support safe and efficient flight operations. The role ensures compliance with DGCA Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL), company policies, and operational requirements while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to address day-of-operation disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and monitor crew rosters in line with operational requirements.
- Manage roster changes arising from sickness, disruptions, training requirements, and operational contingencies.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA FDTL regulations, rest requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor crew availability, duty periods, and regulatory limitations.
- Coordinate with IOCC, Flight Dispatch, Travel Desk, Training, and Crew Bases for crew movements and operational requirements.
