The Associate Credit Operations Manager – Retail Assets is responsible for managing the operational aspects of loan disbursements, including handling original property documents, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround time (TAT) standards. The role also involves leading a team of local operations officers and ensuring smooth execution of post-disbursal activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle original property documents related to loan applications.
- Execute on-ground disbursal activities such as cheque management and preparation of documents for legal vetting.
- Collaborate with sales and credit teams to resolve documentation-related queries promptly.
- Liaise with legal and technical vendors for document verification and validation.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Manage a team of local operations officers responsible for post-disbursal checks and collection/scanning of physical documents.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and TATs for end-to-end loan disbursal processes.
Education
Graduation: Any discipline full time
Experience
Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in credit operations or loan disbursal processes.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of loan documentation and disbursal procedures.
- Effective coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards.
- Ability to lead and manage operational teams.
