Requirements
- Minimum 12 years in construction industry
- Minimum 5 years in Dubai or Middle East
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Construction related field
- Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS)
- Experience in pre contract roles on high profile landmark projects
- Experience leading teams larger than 6
- Experience with CAPEX values exceeding US$200 million

Job Description
- Experienced cost management professional with minimum 12 years in construction, including 5 years in Dubai/Middle East.
- Ideally involved mainly in Pre Contract roles, managing high profile landmark projects and leading teams larger than 6.
- Experience in a range of asset types: High End Residential, Commercial and Hospitality projects.
- Ability to lead pre contract phases: measurement, feasibility studies, cost estimation, value engineering, market testing.
- Ability to advise on procurement strategies, tender analysis, contractor selection.
- Manages projects and resources, acts as primary client contact for mid and large scale projects.
- Accountable for deliverables throughout project lifecycle within an end market sector.
- Manages quality control and ensures compliance with procedures.
- Manages benchmarking, data collection, internal reporting.
- Mentors junior staff and monitors performance of direct reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or other Construction related field.
- Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS).
- Minimum 12 years post graduate.
- Minimum 5 years in the Middle East.
