- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols

Purpose
- The assistant technician provides support to technicians in the maintenance, repair, and installation of various equipment, Appliances, Air Conditions, and products.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment, Appliances, Air conditioning, and Home appliances products.
- Organize routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions under the guidance of technicians.
- Support other team members as needed.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately for record keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to schedule maintenance tasks.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by completing jobs effectively.
- Maintain inventory of necessary tools, consumables, and spares in the service vehicle.
- Drive to different locations for installations, maintenance, or repairs as needed.
- Strictly adhere to prescribed safety practices & utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment provided.
- Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or technicians.
