We are working with a leading real estate development company who are seeking an Assistant Manager – Sustainability to oversee on-site delivery of sustainability requirements across major construction projects.
You will ensure contractor compliance with environmental regulations and certification targets (Estidama, LEED, WELL), while managing audits, reporting, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor contractor performance against sustainability KPIs and certification requirements
- Review and validate documentation, environmental data, and reporting
- Oversee inspections, audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate with PMC, contractors, and technical teams to resolve issues
- Support certification processes and documentation handover
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Bachelor’s in relevant field (Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 5 years onsite sustainability experience
- Estidama PQP & LEED AP required (WELL AP desirable)
- Strong understanding of environmental data, carbon, and compliance
