Responsibilities
- Develop high quality presentations for executive leadership and C suite stakeholders
- Create visually compelling communication materials for projects across Masterplanning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture
- Translate complex technical and design information into clear, engaging graphical presentations
- Review and interpret technical drawings and project documentation
- Produce infographics, diagrams, visual narratives, and presentation graphics that effectively communicate design concepts
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure consistent visual communication across projects
- Support internal design reviews, executive presentations, and strategic project communications
- Maintain high standards of graphic quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong presentation design capabilities
- Ability to prepare graphics using architectural and masterplanning data
- Experience within a design consultancy, architecture practice, real estate developer, or multidisciplinary design environment
- Proven experience creating executive level presentations and board papers
- Strong understanding of architecture, urban design, and masterplanning projects
- Experience reviewing technical drawings and project documentation
- Ability to communicate complex design information through clear visual storytelling

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer, Graphics & Drafting to join a growing Graphic & Design Communications team.
- This is a newly created position driven by the continued expansion of the design function.
- Reporting directly to the Graphic & Design Communications Manager, you will play a critical role in developing high quality visual communications that support executive level decision making across a diverse range of design disciplines.
- This role goes beyond traditional graphic design. It requires an individual with a strong understanding of architecture, master planning, landscape, interiors, and urban design, capable of transforming complex technical information into compelling, presentation ready materials for senior stakeholder
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high quality presentations for executive leadership and C suite stakeholders.
- Create visually compelling communication materials for projects across: Masterplanning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture.
- Translate complex technical and design information into clear, engaging graphical presentations.

Key Requirements
