Overview

Sphere recruitment is working with a leading real estate development company who are seeing seeking an experienced Manager to support on all Strategic Partnerships & Joint Ventures to support the growth and expansion of its regional and international portfolio.

This role will focus on identifying, assessing, and supporting the execution of strategic alliances, joint ventures, and development partnerships across the real estate sector.

The successful candidate will also contribute to selected investment and acquisition opportunities as part of the wider corporate growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate potential partnership and joint venture opportunities aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives
  • Assist in the structuring and execution of strategic collaborations and investment transactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments including development, finance, legal, and commercial teams to support successful project integration and delivery
  • Participate in commercial negotiations alongside senior leadership and external advisors
  • Monitor ongoing partnerships and ensure alignment with agreed financial, operational, and project performance targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, developers, government stakeholders, consultants, and transaction advisors
  • Support financial analysis including feasibility reviews, valuation considerations, ROI assessments, and funding structures

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience within strategic partnerships, investments, corporate finance, M&A, or business development, ideally in real estate
  • Exposure to UAE real estate markets is essential, with additional international market experience across Europe, the US, or APAC considered advantageous
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of joint venture structures and strategic transactions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools
