Sphere recruitment is working with a leading luxury development company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join the team and oversee the delivery of high-end residential and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from inception to handover
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, local authorities, and company procedures
- Drive construction progress while maintaining exceptional finishing standards expected in luxury developments
- Prepare progress reports and manage project schedules effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8+ years of construction management experience, preferably within luxury residential or premium mixed-use developments in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and authority approvals
- Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and high-value projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
