Senior Community Management Opportunities \| Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are partnering with a leading real estate business in Abu Dhabi to appoint experienced community management professionals across multiple levels, including a flagship Senior Manager role.
Salary Range: AED 16,000 – AED 48,000 per month (depending on experience and seniority)
Senior Manager Package Includes

- This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the management, operations, and performance of large-scale residential communities.
- The successful candidate will drive service excellence, resident satisfaction, and long-term asset value across premium developments in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end community management operations
- Develop operational frameworks, SOPs, and governance standards
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance
- Drive resident engagement and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Manage relationships with FM providers, contractors, and government authorities
- Handle complex escalations and post-handover matters
- Lead and develop a high-performing communities team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- 8–12 years’ experience in community or property management
- Strong background in large-scale UAE developments
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Arabic language skills are advantageous
- We are also recruiting mid-level community management professionals for similar roles with salaries ranging from AED 16,000 to AED 30,000 per month.
