Responsibilities
- Handle daily store activities at project sites
- Receive and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and preservation of materials in accordance with project specifications and HSE standards
- Issue materials based on approved material requisitions and maintain accurate transaction records
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse/store
- Identify and report damaged, expired, or obsolete materials
- Maintain records of tools, equipment, lifting accessories, calibration certificates, and fixed assets
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP construction industry
- Experience in handling tools, equipment, and fixed asset records
- Good knowledge of documentation and inventory management systems
- Physically fit and able to work in project store environments
- Good communication skills with ability to read and write English
- Hindi speaking is preferred
- Good understanding of material storage procedures and workplace safety practices
- Willingness to work in UAE and KSA as per company requirements

Overview
- James L Williams Middle East (JLW) is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Assistant Storekeeper to join our Stores team and support our growing Data Centre projects across the UAE and KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily store activities at project sites.
- Receive and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and preservation of materials in accordance with project specifications and HSE standards.
- Issue materials based on approved material requisitions and maintain accurate transaction records.

Requirements
