Assistant Manager – Sales (Global EPC) \| Dubai, UAE

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Sales to join a dynamic commercial team within a regional Oil & Gas Pipe Manufacturer focused on Global EPC projects.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong foothold in the oil & gas process piping industry and a well-established network of EPC contractors across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, enquiry handling, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiations, and order closure
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within global EPC markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across EPC contractors
  • Manage tendering processes, including preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals
  • Coordinate internally with procurement, quality, finance, and logistics teams for successful order execution
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to support strategic planning

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA is an advantage)
  • 6–8 years of experience within the oil & gas / process piping industry
  • Strong experience selling piping products: Carbon steel & stainless steel (seamless & welded pipes)
  • Proven exposure to allied products: Flanges, fittings, valves, pumps, and related equipment
  • Demonstrated success working with or selling into global EPC contractors
  • Established network within European EPC markets is essential
  • Strong techno-commercial, negotiation, and project coordination skills
