Job Description

  • As an Assistant Sales Manager, you generate and manage group sales to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert new business through proactive outreach and database mining.
  • Build and maintain client relationships for assigned market segments.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies based on hotel and market trends.
  • Lead end to end sales process: proposals, site visits, negotiations, contracts.
  • Manage booking details and ensure accurate entry in sales management system.
