Job Description

  • As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you help manage daily operations for a hotel dining outlet, delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist management in the direction and administration of a restaurant.
  • Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, discipline, and evaluate restaurant staff.
  • Ensure restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards.
  • Manage and monitor product quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback and resolve complaints.
  • Document inventory forecast usage and monitor supply.
  • Oversee set up of dining and service areas.
  • Participate in marketing efforts, create menu ideas, survey competition, and assist in preparation of specials.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and local, state, and federal laws.
