Job Description
- As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you help manage daily operations for a hotel dining outlet, delivering memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist management in the direction and administration of a restaurant.
- Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, discipline, and evaluate restaurant staff.
- Ensure restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards.
- Manage and monitor product quality and guest satisfaction.
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback and resolve complaints.
- Document inventory forecast usage and monitor supply.
- Oversee set up of dining and service areas.
