About the Role
Shamal Holding seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Five Guys in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure the store runs at the highest level, leading crew members and directing daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead Crew Members and direct all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager
- Motivate and coach Crew Members and Supervisors and provide regular feedback
- Assist Restaurant General Manager in daily operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, daily cleaning tasks and team development
- Ensure that Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed as well as all local municipality food safety requirements
- Support all employees in completing their tasks
- Maintain fast, accurate service, ensure an excellent customer experience, and ensure that all products are consistent with brand standards
- Excel in performing all Crew Member and Supervisor tasks
- Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management
Requirements
- College Level or a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in food and beverage industry in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications
