Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment
- Adhere to brand standards and keep up to date with Five Guys University courses
- Be aware of restaurant goals and actively input efforts to achieve them
- Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness and comfort
- Follow basic essentials uniforms, grooming, punctuality, and food safety requirements
- Use company cash register accurately and maintain proper control of company assets
- Work as a team member to support other restaurant employees
- Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by management
