Role Overview
- Shamal Holding is a diversified investment firm based in Dubai, seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Five Guys stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads Crew Members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager including supervising training, opening and closing, safekeeping of cash, ensuring food preparation, managing breaks and shift changes.
- Motivates and coaches Crew Members and Supervisors and provides regular feedback.
- Assists Restaurant General Manager in daily operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, daily cleaning tasks and team development.
- Ensures Health and Safety policies and local municipality food safety requirements are followed.
- Supports all employees in completing their tasks.
- Maintains fast, accurate service, ensures excellent customer experience, and ensures all products are consistent with brand standards.
- Excels in performing all Crew Member and Supervisor tasks.
- Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications
- College Level or a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in food and beverage industry in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
