- Oversee preparation of store schedule to meet staffing requirements
- Supervise preventative maintenance schedules
- Manage inventory and ordering to control cost of goods
- Develop strategies to increase average checks and meet financial objectives
- Review daily reports for refunds, discounts, deposits, overages/shortages
- Manage Secret Shopper program to achieve yearly target
- Conduct audits as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage industry
- Experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Role Overview
- This role falls under our Five Guys umbrella, seeking multiple management staff for our Dubai Branch.
- The role will work with other leaders and Crew Members to ensure store runs at highest possible level.
Core Responsibilities
- Effectively work with District/Operations Manager to deliver all main KPI’s in the business.
- Maintain safe, secure and healthy working environment by enforcing health and safety standards.
- Development plan in place for all members of store personnel, with an ongoing review system.
- Oversee the preparation of store schedule to ensure minimum staffing requirements.
- Supervise the preventative maintenance schedules of the store.
- Full ownership of inventory and ordering to ensure Cost of Goods is no more than specified monthly target.
- Meet store financial objectives by developing strategies to increase average checks.
- Review daily reports for refunds, discounts, deposits, overages/shortages, tip jar and change orders.
- Manage Secret Shopper program to achieve yearly target.
- Conduct audits on an as needed basis.
- Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage industry in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
