Role Overview
The Assistant Relationship Manager will support relationship management and business development activities for the SBL/MBF team.
The role covers client service, portfolio operations, financial objectives, secured-line monitoring, and covenant fulfillment.
Client and Portfolio Support
- Maintain and nurture existing and prospective relationship clients with personalized and standardized service.
- Manage overall service and operational quality across the assigned portfolio.
- Assist Relationship Management and Business Development Officers teams with new customers, limits, utilization, and fee realization against fully secured lines.
- Monitor portfolio routing conditions, including turnover and POS.
- Support timely fulfillment of covenants specified in the Credit Approval Process.
Role Requirements
- Ability to assist Relationship Management and Business Development Officers teams.
- Ability to maintain client relationships and manage portfolio service quality.
- Familiarity with portfolio monitoring, routing conditions, turnover, POS, and credit approval covenants.
