Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys to ascertain the locations of natural features and human made structures using electronic distance measuring equipment and other surveying instruments
- Operate and manage land information computer systems, performing tasks such as storing data, making inquiries, and producing plots and reports
- Review information from survey teams regarding measurements of distances, directions, angles, and elevations
- Research legal records, look for evidence of previous boundaries, and analyze data to determine boundary lines
- Record survey results, verify data accuracy, and prepare plots, maps, and reports
- Work on complex problems of diverse scope under general direction
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (B.Eng) in MEP or Civil Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quantity surveying, cost engineering, or related construction/engineering disciplines
- Demonstrated expertise in surveying instruments, electronic distance measuring equipment, and land information systems
- Proficiency in survey data analysis, boundary determination, and technical documentation
- Advanced competency in preparing surveys, maps, reports, and technical specifications
- Proven ability to manage complex projects of diverse scope and technical complexity
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or Asian languages is required
- Current residency or eligibility to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is preferred
- Professional commitment to accuracy, precision, and adherence to surveying standards and regulations

Job Description

- 6 days a week, Saturday half day
- Preferable to be in KSA.
- Normally receives general direction/instructions on new assignments.
- Conducts surveys to ascertain the locations of natural features and human made structures on the earth's surface, underground, and underwater, using electronic distance measuring equipment and other surveying instruments.
- Operates and manages land information computer systems, performs tasks such as storing data, making inquiries, and producing plots and reports.
- Reviews information from survey teams regarding measurement of distances, directions, angles between points and elevation of points, lines, and contours on, above, and below the earth’s surface.
- Researches legal records, looks for evidence of previous boundaries, and analyzes the data to determine the location of boundary lines.
- Records the results of surveys, verifies the accuracy of data, and prepares plots, maps, and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (B.Eng) in MEP or Civil Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification
