Role Overview
The Assistant Project Manager - Landscape will support studios in Qatar and assist project managers across the division.
The role combines project management coordination with technical knowledge of landscape and design tools.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate design teams and act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets for timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Organize project files, prepare progress reports, and support design deliverables.
- Assist in resolving project issues and managing variations.
- Arrange and attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience managing design projects or in project management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of land development disciplines.
- Proficiency with MS Project or P6 is required.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, InDesign, Illustrator, or SketchUp is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, along with leadership abilities.
- Expertise in MS Office.
