Role Profile
The role is for a commercially minded digital marketer focused on customers, revenue, lifetime value, profitability, and sustainable business value.
The position acts as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data, CRM, Product, Finance, and external vendors.
Commercial Ownership
- Own and manage the digital marketing P&L within the agreed business framework.
- Manage budgets based on expected revenue, customer acquisition, lifetime value, conversion, and profitability.
- Use CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, revenue contribution, and profitability to evaluate marketing performance.
Digital Marketing
- Lead planning, execution, governance, and optimization across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, portals, websites, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns for customer acquisition and business outcomes rather than lead volume alone.
- Evaluate channel quality, efficiency, scalability, conversion, revenue contribution, CAC, and LTV.
Performance Metrics
- Relevant measures include CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC ratio, CAC payback period, conversion rate, marketing spend, revenue, ROAS, funnel conversion, gross margin, retention, budget utilization, and channel profitability.
