About the Job

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager to join Jumeirah Al Qasr from September 2026 onwards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the day to day management of outlet operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Deliver memorable guest experiences by engaging with guests, addressing feedback, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in managing financial performance, including inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, performance support, and effective workforce planning to maintain a high performing team.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, health, safety, hygiene, and brand presentation across all areas of the outlet.
  • Collaborate with management to drive business objectives, improve operational performance, and identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.

About You

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management and/or a Health & Safety certification is considered an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience within the hospitality or food & beverage industry, preferably in luxury hospitality environments.
  • Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling procedures, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support colleagues in a fast paced environment.
